If you are visiting the area or here for only a short period of time, and need to see a doctor, please contact reception on 01772 683420. You will then be asked to complete the relevant form.

Once you have completed the form This registration last for up to 14 days or 3 months.  You will then be asked at the point of registration how long they will be residing in the area.

You can be registered as a temporary patient for up to three months. This will allow you to be on the local practice list and still remain a patient of your permanent GP. After three months you will have to re-register as a temporary patient or permanently register with the practice.
